General Terms

Refitolería apartments dedicated to rent apartments for tourist use, based in Spain,  for through their website, offering the possibility of reserving them for a specific function of the availability of the same dates.

Booking procedure

4º- CONFIRMATION: Once the reservation is completed and paid for the booking will be confirmed instantly and you will immediately receive an email (subject: booking confirmation) with the booking details. Arrivals and Departures

Cancellation policy


To cancel the reservation should be done by sending an e-mail.

Prepayment: The hotel will charge 20% of the total amount at the time of booking and is partially refundable. The outstanding amount the arrival day will be paid.
